我国农村人口所占的比例很大,不发展好农村教育,就谈不上全民教育。发展农村职业教育对于建设社会主义新农村,提高农民综合素质,转移农村富余劳动力,实现农业产业化、现代化,推进农村城镇化意义重大。但就现实情况来看,农村职业教育发展尚存在许多问题,远远不能适应建设社会主义新农村的需要。为此,必须结合农村职业教育发展的实际情况,提高认识,制定并采取相关的政策与措施,使农村职业教育获得重大发展。
The proportion of rural population in our country is very large. Without education in rural areas, education for all will not be mentioned. The development of rural vocational education is of great significance for building a new socialist countryside, improving the comprehensive quality of farmers, transferring the rural surplus labor force, realizing industrialization and modernization of agriculture and promoting rural urbanization. However, on the reality, there are still many problems in the development of rural vocational education, far from being able to meet the needs of building a new socialist countryside. To this end, we must combine the actual situation of rural vocational education development, raise awareness, formulate and adopt relevant policies and measures so that rural vocational education has made significant development.
