本文从分析中外合作经营企业先行回收投资的条件和方式出发,对现在的关于先行回收投资性质的学说进行简要评述,提出实践中合作经营企业先行回收投资应当注意防范的一些风险。
This article starts from the analysis of the conditions and ways of Chinese and foreign cooperative enterprises recovering their investment first, then briefly comments on the current theory about the nature of the first-time recovery of investment, and puts forward some risks that should be paid attention to when the cooperative enterprises recover investment in practice.
