2005年3月,《文后参考文献著录规则》(GB/T7714—2005,以下简称新版《规则》)发布,于2005年10月1日起正式实施。在新版《规则》颁布和实施之际,本刊特约记者王友富采访了GB/T7714—2005国家标准项目主持人、北京大学信息管理系段明莲教授,段教授予以书面答复。现将新版《规则》答疑整理发布如下。
March 2005, “after the reference document entry rules” (GB / T7714-2005, hereinafter referred to as the new “rules”) released in October 1, 2005 came into effect.
