[目的]了解农村村级卫生室一体化管理前后的消毒效果,为加强卫生监督力度提供依据。[方法]对菏泽市牡丹区2006～2009年农村村级卫生室一体化管理前后的消毒监测资料进行分析。[结果]2008～2009年与2006～2007年检测合格率,治疗室空气分别为47.80%、63.89%(P<0.01),医护人员手分别为55.787%、54.42%(P>0.05),物体表面分别为61.45%、72.71%(P<0.01),使用中的消毒剂分别为71.03%、82.55%(P<0.01)。[结论]农村村级卫生室一体化管理后消毒工作质量有不同程度的提高。
[Objective] To understand the disinfection effect before and after the integrated management of rural village clinics and provide the basis for strengthening the supervision of health. [Method] The data of disinfection monitoring before and after the integrated management of rural village clinics in Mudan District of Heze City from 2006 to 2009 were analyzed. [Results] The test pass rate and the air in the treatment room were 47.80%, 63.89% (P <0.01) respectively from 2008 to 2009 and from 2006 to 2007, and 55.787% and 54.42% respectively for the medical staff (P> 0.05) Respectively, 61.45%, 72.71% (P <0.01), the use of disinfectants were 71.03%, 82.55% (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The quality of disinfection work in integrated management of rural village clinics improved to some extent.
