分层次教学是依据素质教育的要求,面向全体学生,承认学生差异,改变传统一刀切的教学模式,真正落实因材施教。本文从分析分层次教学的必要性入手,总结了分层次教学的原则,阐述了教师如何提供不同层次的交流内容,让所有学生都有交流机会的教学策略。
Hierarchical teaching is based on the requirements of quality education, for all students, recognizing differences between students, changing the traditional one-size-fits-all teaching model, and truly implement individualized teaching. Based on the analysis of the necessity of teaching in different levels, this article summarizes the principle of teaching in different levels and expounds how teachers can provide different levels of communication and teaching strategies for all students to exchange ideas.
