长期以来受传统教学的影响,初中语文课堂教学存在一些不如人意的地方。如教师在课堂上的讲授居多,学生的思考较少;师生之间一问一答居多,留给学生探讨研究的时间较少:教师强求整体一致居多,发展学生的个性较少;要求学生死记硬背的内容多,而教师强调并鼓励学生创新较少。这些问题不仅妨害和限制了学生与生俱来的个性和自身的潜能,也不利于创新人才的培养。这里,我就初中语文“少教多学”的有效教学策略谈几点肤浅的认识。
For a long time influenced by the traditional teaching, there are some unsatisfactory places in Chinese teaching in junior middle school.
