目的:探讨尼尔雌醇联合笑气用于绝经后妇女摘取宫内节育器临床效果。方法:取环前6天每天单次口服尼尔雌醇2 mg,于服药后第7天手术,术前深呼吸笑气3～5次后,再进行取环术。并与30例单用笑气取环组对比。结果:试验组取环成功率100%,对照组为63.3%。两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:尼尔雌醇联合笑气用于绝经妇女,可改善宫颈条件,减少摘取宫内节育器的痛苦,提高一次性取器的成功率。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of nylestriol combined with nitrous oxide in the extraction of IUD in postmenopausal women. Methods: Take nialinol 2 mg orally once daily for 6 days before surgery. On the 7th day after taking the medicine, take a deep breath and take a deep breath for 3 to 5 times before taking the ring technique. And compared with 30 cases of single use of nitrous oxide ring group. Results: The success rate of the experimental group was 100%, while that of the control group was 63.3%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nilestriol combined with nitrous oxide for menopausal women can improve cervical conditions, reduce the pain of removing IUD, and improve the success rate of one-off fetus.
