为更充分发挥创投业对推动创新型经济发展的积极作用,目前我国政府多个部门正以《创业投资企业管理暂行办法》为基本制度框架,加紧研究制订7大配套政策措施。随着创业投资税收扶持、创业投资引导基金、拓展创业投资企业资金来源渠道等政策措施的不断落实,我国创投业将驶入发展的快车道。
In order to give full play to the active role of Venture Capital in promoting the development of innovative economy, many departments of our government are now adopting the “Tentative Measures for Venture Capital Enterprise Management” as the basic institutional framework and stepping up research and formulation of seven major supporting policies and measures. With the tax support of venture capital, venture capital guide funds, venture capital companies to expand sources of funding and other policy measures continue to be implemented, China’s venture capital industry will enter the fast lane of development.
