采用稳态恒电位阳极极化法,研究了铝片在硫酸中阳极氧化的电流与电压的关系和电流与浓度的关系.并采用Chao-Lin-Macdonald,Siejka以及Vermilyea等人的理论,推导出稳态时电流与电压关系式和电流与浓度关系式.将理论推出式与实验结果相比较,表明在一定条件下,二者相吻合.这说明该种理论在一定条件下,可用于稳态时铝在硫酸中的阳极氧化.结合前人的研究,本文提出了铝在硫酸中阳极氧化的微观模型.
