The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party held in December 1978 is a landmark meeting. It has great realistic meaning and far-reaching historic significance. Its core is the transfer of the party’s work center. From “taking class struggle as the key link” to “taking economic construction as the center”.
