涉及炼油、氮肥、磷铵、氯碱、纯碱、电石、甲醇、氟硅八大行业【本刊讯】记者2013年12月19日从中国石油和化学工业联合会了解到,联合会近日完成了《化解产能过剩矛盾专题研究报告》的编制工作,并已将炼油、氮肥、磷铵、氯碱、纯碱、电石、甲醇、氟硅八大行业化解产能过剩的对策建议上报国家发改委、工信部、国家能源局、国资委等相关部门,抄送地方行业主管部门及协会。
Involved in oil refining, nitrogenous fertilizer, ammonium phosphate, chlor-alkali, soda ash, calcium carbide, methanol, fluorosilicone eight industries [correspondent] reporter December 19, 2013 from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation learned that the Federation recently completed the “ Overcapacity Contradiction Research Report ”, and has reported to the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Energy Administration, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People’s Republic of China on proposals for countermeasures for overcapacity in the oil refining, nitrogenous fertilizer, ammonium phosphate, chlor-alkali, soda ash, calcium carbide, Committee and other relevant departments, copied to the local industry authorities and associations.
