美国皆可博车辆系统公司(Jacobs Vehicle System)于8月2日在浙江诸暨市西子宾馆与诸暨市万安集团签署了合资组建“皆可万安车辆系统有限公司”的协议。这是皆可博公司在海外建立的第一家合资工厂,主要生产、销售汽车发动机制动系统、电涡轮缓速器、排气制动阀及各种零部件。为了让广大用户更加清楚地了解皆可博的情况,本刊记者在北京采访了美国皆可博车辆系统公司市场和业务开发副总裁罗伯特·帕金斯(R o b e r t S.Perkins)先生。
On August 2, Jacobs Vehicle Systems (USA) signed an agreement to set up a joint venture with “JACO Automotive Systems Co., Ltd.” with Zhuzhou Wanan Group Co., Ltd. at Xizi Hotel in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province. This is the first joint venture set up by Jieke Bo in overseas. The company mainly produces and sells automobile engine brake systems, electric retarders, exhaust brake valves and various components. In order to make the users know more clearly the situation of Kebo, our correspondent interviewed Robert Perkins, vice president of market and business development of Kepco Vehicle Systems in Beijing.
