目的研究局部振动对家兔血管紧张素Ⅱ和心钠素水平的影响。方法测定不同接振时间、接振强度的家兔血清血管紧张素Ⅱ和血浆心钠素浓度。结果接振组家兔血管紧张素Ⅱ和心钠素浓度较接振前及对照组增高 ,并随接振时间的延长增高更明显 (P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论局部振动可造成家兔血清血管紧张素Ⅱ和血浆心钠素浓度的增高 ,这种变化可能与振动性血管损伤有一定关系。
Objective To study the effect of local vibration on the levels of angiotensin Ⅱ and atrial natriuretic peptide in rabbits. Methods The serum levels of angiotensin Ⅱ and plasma atrial natriuretic peptide in rabbits with different vibration durations and vibration intensities were measured. Results Compared with the control group and before vibration, the concentrations of angiotensin Ⅱ and atrial natriuretic peptide in rabbits in the vibration group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Local vibration can cause the serum levels of serum angiotensin Ⅱ and plasma atrial natriuretic peptide in rabbits to increase, which may be related to the vibrational vascular injury.
