我校地处大巴山农村,为地区重点职业中学,设有家电、财会、农果、畜牧四个专业。全校学生730人,其中外地或城镇学生273人,占37.4%,余为山区学生。为了探索学生缺课原因及其规律,制定疾病防治方案,笔者对1985年~1989年学生因病缺课情况作了动态分析。1 方法学校医务室统一印发因病缺课登记表,由各班班主任在学生请病假时和病愈销假时进行登记,凭医生的病情证明单或校医确诊。病例计算:以新病例为观察单位,急性病每发一例为一新病例,治愈后又患同一疾病者计算两例;慢性病连续请假,不管时间多长,均按一例计算。校医每个月底将各班登记表收回,分门别类进行统计。2 结果
Our school is located in Daba Mountain rural areas, as the key vocational secondary schools, with home appliances, accounting, agriculture, animal husbandry, four professional. The school had 730 students, of whom 273 were foreign or urban students, accounting for 37.4%. In order to explore the reasons and rules of absenteeism and formulate disease prevention and control programs, the author made a dynamic analysis of students’ absence from school from 1985 to 1989. 1 Method School Medical Office unified registration of sick absences registration form by the class teacher in the case of sick leave and sick leave registration, with the doctor’s condition certificate or school diagnosis.
