静止移相器既可以用于优化潮流 ,也可以提高系统的暂态稳定性。文中首先构造了含静止移相器的电力系统鲁棒模型 ,然后在耗散系统理论下 ,利用递推方法构造存储函数 ,从而推导出了一种非线性的 L2 增益意义下的干扰抑制控制器。这种控制器很好地反映了系统的非线性特征 ,并使系统对干扰到输出的 L2 增益有限。仿真结果表明在该控制器作用下 ,闭环系统能很好地抑制干扰 ,特别在大干扰条件下能很快恢复稳定。
Static phase shifters can both be used to optimize power flow and to improve the transient stability of the system. In this paper, a robust model of power system with a stationary phase shifter is constructed. Then, using the recursive method to construct the storage function under the dissipative system theory, a nonlinear interference suppression controller with L2 gain is deduced . This controller well reflects the nonlinear characteristics of the system, and the system of interference to the output of the L2 gain is limited. The simulation results show that the closed-loop system can restrain the interference well under the action of the controller, and can restore stability quickly especially under large interference conditions.
