目的:通过观察重点人群尿碘、盐碘水平以及甲状腺肿大率等情况,及时掌握定州市人群碘营养状况及碘缺乏病病情的消长趋势,为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法:按河北省碘缺乏病监测实施方案(2016版)随机抽取居民食用盐;采用B超法测量8-10岁儿童甲状腺容积;采用砷铈催化分光光度法测定儿童及孕妇尿碘含量。结果:2016年碘盐监测,合格碘盐食用率93.67%,儿童盐碘中位数23.5mg/kg,孕妇盐碘中位数23.7mg/kg。8-10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率4.00%。儿童尿碘中位数160.7μg/L,孕妇尿碘中位数为153.56μg/L。结论:定州市达到了国家消除碘缺乏病目标,但个别区域仍有非碘盐存在,还需加强监督管理和健康教育,巩固防治成果。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the growth and decline of iodine nutrition and iodine deficiency disorders in Dingzhou population by observing the urinary iodine, salt iodine levels and goiter rate in key population so as to timely take targeted prevention and treatment measures and adjust the intervention strategy scientifically Provide evidence. Methods: Residents’ salt was sampled at random according to the implementation plan of monitoring of iodine deficiency disorders in Hebei Province (2016 edition); the thyroid volume of children aged 8-10 was measured by B-mode ultrasonography; the urinary iodine content of children and pregnant women was determined by arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry. Results: In 2016, the iodized salt monitoring rate was 93.67%, the median salt iodine in children was 23.5mg / kg, and the median iodine iodine in pregnant women was 23.7mg / kg. Goiter in children aged 8-10 4.00%. The median urinary iodine for children was 160.7 μg / L, and the median urinary iodine for pregnant women was 153.56 μg / L. Conclusion: Dingzhou has reached the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disease in our country. However, there are still non-iodized salt in some areas. We also need to strengthen supervision, management and health education to consolidate the results of prevention and treatment.
