通过研究钛硅分子筛TS 1在异丙醇溶剂中催化丙烯与H2O2的连续环氧化过程,考察催化剂的活性变化情况;并将失活的催化剂进行再生,活性评价表明再生后催化剂的活性基本恢复。用SEM,N2物理吸附,TG,XRD,IR和NH3 TPD等多种方法对新鲜、失活和再生后的催化剂进行表征,结果显示:催化剂失活是大分子反应副产物堵塞孔道引起的暂时性失活和部分钛流失引起的永久失活共同作用的结果。
Through the study of the continuous epoxidation of propylene and H2O2 catalyzed by titanium silicalite TS 1 in isopropanol solvent, the change of activity of the catalyst was investigated. The deactivated catalyst was regenerated. The activity evaluation showed that the activity of the catalyst recovered after regeneration . The fresh, inactivated and regenerated catalysts were characterized by means of SEM, N2 physisorption, TG, XRD, IR and NH3 TPD. The results showed that the deactivation of the catalyst was temporary due to blockage of macroporous reaction by-products Inactivation and partial deactivation of Titanium caused by the combined effect of the results of the permanent.
