目的:建立大体积进样电导检测离子色谱法同时测定水中溴酸盐、亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸5种消毒副产物含量的方法。方法:采用Dionex IonPac AS-19高容量分析柱,进样体积为500μl,淋洗液自动发生装置在线产生KOH梯度洗脱,抑制型电导检测,柱温25℃~26℃,35 min内同时测定消毒副产物和水中常规阴离子。结果:测定的5种消毒副产物在5μg/L~2000μg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限低,测定相对标准偏差均小于3%,回收率在84%~117%之间。结论:该方法操作简便,实用性强,结果可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 5 kinds of disinfection by-products of bromate, chlorite, chlorate, dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in water by ionization chromatography with large volume sample introduction. Methods: The Dionex IonPac AS-19 high-capacity analytical column was used. The injection volume was 500μl. The eluent was generated on-line with KOH gradient elution and suppressed conductivity detection. The column temperature was 25 ℃ ~ 26 ℃ and determined simultaneously within 35 min Disinfection by-products and water conventional anions. Results: The five disinfection byproducts showed good linearity in the range of 5μg / L ~ 2000μg / L. The detection limits were low. The relative standard deviations were less than 3% and the recoveries were between 84% and 117%. Conclusion: The method is simple, practical and reliable.
