为明确攀西烟区不同县市烤烟质量状况,以攀西17个县市87个烟叶样品为材料,采用对比分析、相似性分析研究了该区域烤烟化学成分,以期为工业卷烟配方替代性提供指导。结果表明,攀西地区淀粉、还原糖和总糖含量较高,总氮、烟碱含量较低;K+,Cl-含量较低,还原糖/总糖较低,成熟度有待提升;攀西烟区仁和、盐边、昭觉、米易、西昌、会东、盐源、会理、冕宁烟叶质量相近;该区总糖、淀粉含量、糖碱比较高,总氮、烟碱、钾含量及还原糖/总糖较低;甘洛、普格、美姑、越西质量相近,该区总氮、烟碱含量较高,但是还原糖和总糖含量、淀粉含量、糖碱比较低;宁南、喜德、德昌、布拖质量相近,该区还原糖、钾含量、糖碱比较高。
In order to clarify the quality of flue-cured tobacco in different counties and cities in the Panxi area, 87 tobacco leaf samples from 17 counties and cities in Panxi were used as materials.
