1986年8月对新疆沙湾县农业区、农牧区和牧区的3144人用皮内试验(ID)和间接血凝试验(IHA)两种方法进行了人群包虫病血清流行病学初筛,再用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和间接免疫荧光抗体试验(IFA)两法进行复查。农业区1069人,感染率7.48%;农牧区1064人,感染率5.26%;牧区1011人,感染率5.34%。在三区中汉族感染率分别是6.34%、4.78%、7.49%;哈萨克族感染率分别是8.62%、6.21%、4.55%;而维吾尔族只在农业区的14%。总感染率是6.04%。本文提示农民中感染率较高,尤其是儿童和学生中感染率最高。
In August 1986, 3144 people in the agricultural, pasturing and pasturing areas of Shawan County of Xinjiang were screened by serological epidemiology using intradermal test (ID) and indirect hemagglutination test (IHA) , And then use the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and indirect immunofluorescence antibody test (IFA) two methods for review. 1069 agricultural areas, the infection rate of 7.48%; 1064 people in rural areas, the infection rate of 5.26%; pastoral area 1011, the infection rate of 5.34%. The prevalence rates of Han and Han in the three districts were 6.34%, 4.78% and 7.49% respectively; the infection rates of Kazakhs were 8.62%, 6.21% and 4.55% respectively; while the Uyghurs only accounted for 14% of the agricultural areas. The total infection rate is 6.04%. This article suggests that the infection rate among peasants is high, especially among children and students.
