目的探讨替莫唑胺在星形细胞瘤术后化疗中应用价值。方法选取我院2014年6月~2016年9月期间收治的40例脑间变性星形细胞瘤患者,随机分成2组,每组20例。两组单纯使用手术治疗,对照组术后未进行放、化疗治疗,观察组患者术后服用替莫唑胺放疗治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率(50.00%)低于观察组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组优良率(55.00%)低于观察组(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者生存时间短于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替莫唑胺对星形细胞瘤术后化疗的疗效显著,可有效延长患者生存时间,改善患者中枢神经系统功能,从而提高患者生活质量,促使患者早日恢复健康,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of temozolomide in postoperative chemotherapy of astrocytoma. Methods Forty cases of degenerative astrocytoma in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (20 in each group). The two groups were treated by surgery alone. The control group was not treated by radiotherapy or chemotherapy. The patients in the observation group were given temozolomide radiotherapy after operation. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate (50.00%) in the control group was lower than that in the observation group (80.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate in the control group (55.00%) was lower than that in the observation group (P <0.05). The survival time of the control group was shorter than that of the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion Temozolomide has a significant effect on postoperative chemotherapy of astrocytoma, which can effectively prolong the survival time of patients and improve the central nervous system function of patients, thereby improving the quality of life of patients and promoting the early recovery of patients with high clinical value.
