体育与生活是密不可分的一体。在体育教学中设计一些劳动、生活情景,配合身体活动,既有利于健身又有助于培养学生热爱劳动的观念,是不可缺的体育教学资源。体育教学要开阔学生体育活动的空间,拓展学生的思维领域,让学生真正领会到回归生活的体育乐趣。
Sports and life are inseparable. It is an indispensable physical education resource to design some labor and life scenes and cooperate with physical activities in physical education so that it not only helps fitness but also helps students to cultivate their love of labor. Physical education should broaden students ’space for physical activity and expand students’ thinking fields so that students can truly appreciate the sporting pleasure returning to life.
