本文旨在介绍对低合金钢中氮化物相分别测定的探讨,文中详细叙述了试验情况,指出根据各氮化物相的化学或物理特性分别采取化学或物理的分离和测定来实现氮化物的相分析是可行的。这种化学分离与TC-136仪器分析相结合的方法简单易行,灵敏度高,数据稳定。实验证明由于各氮化物相之间化学或物理特性差异较大,本方法可以正确而明显地辨别各氮化物相。
The purpose of this paper is to introduce the discussion of the determination of nitrides in low alloy steels. The experimental conditions are described in detail. It is pointed out that the phases of nitrides can be realized by chemical or physical separation and determination according to the chemical or physical characteristics of the nitrides respectively Analysis is feasible. This method of chemical separation combined with TC-136 instrument analysis is simple, sensitive, and data-stable. Experiments have shown that due to the large differences in chemical or physical properties between the individual nitride phases, the method can correctly and clearly distinguish the individual nitride phases.
