本文介绍了一种用离子交换树脂分离富集和电感耦合高频等离子光谱测定地质试样中痕量稀土元素的方法.该法所用的仪器和试剂全部国产化.笔者通过国产732阳离子交换树脂与进口Zerolet 225树脂对稀土元素分离富集的比较,证实二者性能相似.并选用国产732阳离子交换树脂,用100ml 1.75N HCl和250ml 1N HNO_3淋冼基体元素后再用250ml4N HN0_3来淋洗稀土元素.采用正交设计法研究了载气及等离子气流量、观察高度和功率对稀土谱线强度的影响.考察了基体元素以及其它稀土元素对待测稀土元素的干扰.提出了校正Ce 4012.39对Nd 4012.25干扰的公式.本文确定的稀土元素的测定下限为0.01-0.1μg/ml,测定的相对标准偏差范围为±3.1-±8.6%.
In this paper, a method for the determination of trace rare earth elements in geological samples by ion-exchange resin separation and enrichment and inductively coupled high-frequency plasma spectrometry is introduced.The instruments and reagents used in this method are all made in China.The author uses the domestic 732 cation exchange resin and The comparison of the separation and enrichment of rare earth elements with Zerolet 225 resin confirmed the similar performance of the two, and the domestic 732 cation exchange resin was chosen to wash the rare earth element with 250ml4N HNO3 with 100ml 1.75N HCl and 250ml 1N HNO3 to rinse the matrix element. Orthogonal design method was used to study the effect of carrier gas and plasma gas flow rate on the spectral line intensity of rare earth.It was investigated that the interference of matrix elements and other rare earth elements on the rare earth elements to be measured.The effect of Ce 4012.39 on Nd 4012.25 The lower limit of determination of REE determined in this paper is 0.01-0.1μg / ml and the relative standard deviation of determination is ± 3.1- ± 8.6%.
