现代教育观要求学校教育必须以人为本重视人的自我发展和完善。我们总强调学生是学习的主体,其实学生更应是班级管理的主体。可事实上长期以来我们班主任老师却总是“霸”着这个权,同时又总是在喊累,说自己不能从管理中解脱出来,没有时间搞教学研究和理论学习。那么,怎样才能缓解这个矛盾呢?分析原因寻找出路我们在平时的交流中以及在一些德育沙龙当中经常听到一些班主任老师的抱怨之声,说班主任工作太辛苦、太琐碎了,甚至有人累得顾不上吃饭。是的,班主任工作确实责任重大,需要关注方方面面的各种事务。但是笔者以为,有些苦有些累完全是班主任老师“自找”的,这样说可能有些对不住我们辛苦
