应用琼脂移植法和振荡培养法分别在体内、体外37℃非角蛋白的环境下,观察红色癣菌形态转化。另方面尚观察了红色癣菌对温度的适应性和致病性。本研究说明:①真菌感染不同于细菌感染,其特征之一是真菌感染过程中发生寄生形态的改变即腐生的菌丝型到宿主组织中的酵母型的转变。真菌为了适应环境变化,改变它的寄生形式,这种双相性,是某些致病性真菌深部浸润的重要因素之一。②皮肤癣菌对温度较敏感,37℃可以抑制其发育,但也能逐渐适应温度的上升。
The morphology of Rhizoctonia rubrum was observed under the environment of 37 ℃ non-keratin in vitro and in vivo by agar culture and shaking culture respectively. On the other hand, we observed the adaptability and pathogenicity of Trichophyton rubrum to temperature.
