论产权制度的社会学内涵

人类自进入私有制社会就有了产权意识,随着社会不断进步,产权制度逐渐确立。西方学界早在20世纪30年代就开始关注产权经济理论,为更好地研究社会经济提供了新的视域。任何制度都是在人类社会中存在,离不开诸多社会因素的影响。过去学界主要从经济学视角研究产权制度,非常有必要从社会学角度探讨产权制度与人的关系、社会分层和社会秩序的相互影响,揭示产权制度所具有的激励功能、资源配置优化功能、约束功能和保障功能等社会学内涵。

Since mankind entered the private-owned society, he had the awareness of property rights. As society progressed, the system of property rights was gradually established. Western scholars began to pay attention to the theory of property rights as early as the 1930s, providing a new perspective for better studying the social economy. Any system exists in human society, can not be separated from many social factors. In the past, scholars mainly studied the property rights system from the perspective of economics. It is very necessary to explore the interaction between property rights system and people, social stratification and social order from the sociological point of view, revealing the incentive function and resource allocation optimization function of property rights system, Constraints and security functions and other sociological implications.
