采用基于背散射电子图像(BSE)的物相灰度定量分析法研究了矿渣-水泥复合体系中水泥、矿渣各自反应程度及总体反应程度。结果表明:表面足够平滑的样品,其BSE图像可以清晰地展示出复合体系中水化产物及未反应颗粒的微观形貌及其差异,并可通过灰度统计定量分析得到水泥、矿渣各自的反应程度;对于低水胶比(0.3)的矿渣-水泥复合体系,矿渣掺量为50%和70%时,矿渣反应程度接近。由BSE图像分析法计算得到的矿渣-水泥复合体系总体反应程度比基于化学结合水的热重分析法所测数据偏低,但两种方法揭示出的规律一致:对于低水胶比的矿渣-水泥复合体系,高矿渣掺量会减小矿渣-水泥复合体系的总体反应程度。
The degree of phase reaction and the overall reaction degree between cement and slag in slag-cement composite system were studied by phase gray quantitative analysis based on backscattered electron image (BSE). The results show that BSE images of the samples with smooth surface can clearly show the microstructure and differences of hydration products and unreacted particles in the composite system, and the respective responses of cement and slag can be obtained through the statistical analysis of gray scale . For the slag-cement composite system with low water-cement ratio (0.3), the slag reaction is similar when the slag content is 50% and 70% respectively. The overall response of the slag-cement composite system calculated by BSE image analysis is lower than that of the thermogravimetric analysis method based on chemically bound water, but the two methods reveal the same rule: for the low water-cement ratio slag- Cement composite system, high slag content will reduce the overall reaction of slag-cement composite system.
