5个品质及农艺性状各异的春小麦亲本,按 Griffing 方法4的固定模型配制10个组合,对10个数量性状进行了 F_1亲子代之间的简单相关关系,一般配合力和特殊配合力分析。10个性状的一般配合力均达到极显著水平,特殊配合力绝大部分达到极显著水平;各种性状的配合力效应不同,同一性状不同亲本的一般配合力亦各异。组合特殊配合力有时和亲本的一般配合力有一致的趋势,但并不排除从一般配合力效应都不高的双亲获得具有较高特殊配合力效应值的 F_1组合的可能性.配合力为亲本选配提供了依据。本试验中,克丰二号,克丰三号两亲本是产量为主性状,其它综合性状较好的亲本,而 S—57为较好的,蛋白质含量高的早熟亲本材料。
Five parents of spring wheat with different qualities and agronomic traits were grouped into 10 combinations according to the Griffing 4 fixed model, and simple correlations, general combining ability and special combining ability of F1 progeny were performed on 10 quantitative traits. The general combining ability of 10 traits reached extremely significant level, most of the special combining ability reached extremely significant level. The combining ability of different traits was different, and the general combining ability of different traits of the same trait was also different. The combination special combining ability sometimes has the same tendency with the parents’ general combining ability, but does not rule out the possibility of obtaining F_1 combinations with higher specific combining ability effect from parents with lower general combining ability effect. Matching provides the basis. In this experiment, Kefeng No.2 and Kefeng No.3 were the parents with the main yield and the other comprehensive traits. However, S-57 was a good early parent material with high protein content.
