我国应设立宪法监督委员会代表全国人大及常务委员会行使监督宪法实施的权力。宪法监督委员会成员由全国人大常委会委员长提名 ,经全国人大常委会批准 ,由国家主席任命。宪法监督委员会依司法程序 ,行使违宪案件的上诉管辖权。
Our country should set up the constitutional supervision commission to exercise the power of supervising the implementation of the constitution on behalf of the NPC and its standing committee. Members of the Constitutional Oversight Committee are nominated by the chairman of the NPC Standing Committee and approved by the NPC Standing Committee and appointed by the president of the country. The Constitutional Oversight Committee exercises the appellate jurisdiction of unconstitutional cases in accordance with judicial procedures.
