语言是人类最重要的交际工具,是人类文化传播的载体。探索语言素养与城市精神文明建设之间的关系,论述语言文字规范、文明的重要作用,既能够提高公民素质,又可打造城市建设的文化名片。本文基于语言的语音、文字规范的研究,进而将语言素养的要求适用于城市文明建设中,深入论述语言素养对城市精神文明建设的重要意义。
Language is the most important communication tool of mankind and the carrier of human culture. Exploring the relationship between language literacy and the construction of urban spiritual civilization, discussing the important role of language conventions and civilizations can not only improve citizens’ qualities, but also create cultural business cards for urban construction. This article is based on the study of language and phonetic norms, and then applies the requirements of language literacy to the construction of urban civilization. It discusses the importance of language literacy in the construction of urban spiritual civilization.
