近年来,村民学校的建设和发展已然成为我国提升村民素质和乡村文明程度的重要手段和途径之一。但在村民学校里依旧存在很多问题,例如组织不健全、管理不科学、硬件设施不完备、师资力量不强、受教人口流失严重等,这些问题都严重地影响了村民学校的健康成长和发展。本文就其中一些比较明显的因素进行简要分析,并针对问题提出建议。
In recent years, the construction and development of villager’s schools have become one of the important means and ways for our country to improve the quality of villagers and rural civilization. However, there are still many problems in villager’s schools, such as unsound organization, unscientific management, incomplete hardware facilities, weak teaching staff, serious loss of educated population, etc. These problems have seriously affected the healthy growth and development of villagers’ schools . This article briefly analyzes some of these more obvious factors and makes recommendations on the issues.
