莲花水电站工程共需成品混凝土骨料71.01万m3,浇筑51.53万m3混凝土。采用的天然砂石料由设在大坝下游左岸的1座生产能力为420m3/h的砂石骨料筛分系统生产。考虑到工程所需混凝土部位,确定为大坝下游左、右岸各设一处混凝土拌和系统,其所需骨料均由左岸筛分场供应。混凝土骨料和混凝土生产,通过招议标方式确定分别由中国水利水电第一工程局和第六工程局承担。经过两年多的实践证明,只要总体生产程序、制度、方法、合同条款明确由两个单位分别承担骨料和混凝土生产,就可以发挥互相促进、互相监督、互相制约的作用,使得生产的产品质量、数量均能保证工程建设的需要。
