英语新课程标准提出:“要激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心”。兴趣确实是学习知识的动力。学生对他所学的东西一旦有了兴趣,就会不知疲倦,越学越爱学。在教学实践中,我体会到通过努力营造民主的教学氛围,和谐的师生关系,宽松的学习环境,开放的活动空间和创新的激情,就能使学生在积极向上的气氛中学习英语。营造民主、和谐的课堂气氛教学过程既是知识传授的过程,又是师生情感交流的过程。当学生出现错误时,
