笔者在1984～1986年3年间采用硫酸镁治疗小儿哮喘(包括喘息性支气管炎简称喘支),收到较好疗效。现将资料完整的45例报告于此。一般资料1.性别及年龄治疗组:男22例,女23例,年龄～1岁16例,～3岁20例,～7岁5例,>7岁2例。对照组:男35例,女24例,年龄～1岁18例,～3岁33例,～7岁6例,>7岁1例。2.病例选择治疗组哮喘3例,喘支42例;对照组哮喘5例,喘支54例。两组均选择有鼻扇、喘呜、三凹征或/和发绀明显,双肺满布哮鸣音的重型哮喘患儿。
In 1984 to 1986, I used magnesium sulfate in children with asthma (including asthmatic bronchitis referred to asthma), received good effect. Now complete data of 45 cases reported here. General information 1. The sex and age treatment group: 22 males and 23 females, aged ~ 1 year in 16 cases, ~ 3 years in 20 cases, ~ 7 years in 5 cases,> 7 years in 2 cases. Control group: 35 males and 24 females, 18 patients aged 1 year, 33 patients aged 3 years, 6 patients aged 7 years and 1 patient> 7 years old. 2 case selection treatment group, 3 cases of asthma, asthma in 42 cases; control group, 5 cases of asthma, asthma in 54 cases. Two groups were selected with nasal fan, wheezing, three concave signs or / and cyanosis obvious, wheezing lungs covered with heavy asthma in children.
