目的探讨细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)和Ki67蛋白的表达及人类乳头状病毒(HPV)感染在阴茎鳞状细胞癌(阴茎鳞癌)中的意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例阴茎鳞癌组织中Cyclin D1(高分化32例,中分化22例,低分化6例)和Ki67蛋白的表达,原位杂交法检测HPV16/18的感染情况。结果阴茎鳞癌中Cyclin D1、Ki67和HPV16/18总阳性表达率分别为56.7%、61.7%和41.7%,中、低分化组的表达均高于高分化组(72.7%、100%vs.37.5%和81.8%、83.3%vs.43.8%和45.5%、66.7%vs.34.4%)(P<0.05)。Cyclin D1和Ki67的表达与HPV16/18感染率呈正相关(r=0.489,r=0.449,P<0.05)。结论 Cyclin D1和Ki67的过表达可作为评定阴茎鳞癌预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 and the significance of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in squamous cell carcinoma of the penis (squamous cell carcinoma of the penis). Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Cyclin D1 (32 cases of well differentiation, 6 cases of moderate differentiation, 6 cases of poor differentiation) and Ki67 in 60 cases of penile squamous cell carcinoma. In situ hybridization was used to detect the infection of HPV16 / 18 . Results The positive rates of Cyclin D1, Ki67 and HPV16 / 18 in penile squamous cell carcinoma were 56.7%, 61.7% and 41.7%, respectively. The positive rate of Cyclin D1, Ki67 and HPV16 / 18 in penile squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in well differentiated group (72.7%, 100% vs 37.5% % And 81.8%, 83.3% vs.43.8% and 45.5%, 66.7% vs.34.4%, respectively) (P <0.05). The expressions of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 were positively correlated with HPV16 / 18 infection rate (r = 0.489, r = 0.449, P <0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of Cyclin D1 and Ki67 can be used as an index to evaluate the prognosis of penile squamous cell carcinoma.
