目的探讨应用不同浓度灌注液、不同灌注通道构建雌兔泌尿生殖系统动脉血管网模型的方法,为数字化人体泌尿生殖系统动脉血管网模型的构建提供技术基础。方法配制浓度分别为20%、10%和8%的过氯乙烯灌注液,分别经腹主动脉(A组)和腹主动脉+股动脉(B组)进行灌注,制成雌兔泌尿生殖系统动脉血管网铸型标本后,观察评估其血管的表达。结果以不同浓度灌注液及灌注通道构建的雌兔泌尿生殖系统动脉血管网模型,其动脉血管网的表现效果有明显差异:(1)高浓度(A、B)组显示的动脉分支有明显中断现象,填充剂分布不均匀,主要显示大的动脉主干,细小动脉分支难以显示;(2)中浓度(A、B)组能清晰显示动脉主干走行及分布,血管网较完整且显示清晰,分支无明显断裂现象,但B组血管网显示更饱满;(3)低浓度(A、B)组灌注后能清晰显示动脉主干走行,但末梢动脉血管网显示过密,部分呈聚集现象,分层显示不够清晰。结论采用10%浓度的过氯乙烯灌注液,分别经腹主动脉和股动脉同时灌注,能清晰显示完整饱满、分支无明显断裂的血管网。
Objective To explore the method of constructing the model of urogenital arterial network of female rabbits with different concentrations of perfusate and different perfusion channels, and to provide a technical basis for the construction of a model of arterial vascular network of digital urogenital system. Methods The perfusion solution of perchlorethylene with concentration of 20%, 10% and 8% was prepared and perfused through abdominal aorta (A group) and abdominal aorta + femoral artery (B group) Arterial network casts the specimens and observes and evaluates the expression of the blood vessels. Results The arteriovenous vascular network of female rabbits with different concentrations of perfusate and perfusion channels showed obvious difference in arteriovenous vascular network performance: (1) The branches of arteries in high concentration group (A, B) showed obvious interruption Phenomenon, uneven distribution of the filler, the main artery shows the main artery, arteriolar branch is difficult to show; (2) medium concentration (A, B) group can clearly show arterial trunk travel and distribution, vascular network is more complete and clear, There was no obvious rupture, but the vascular network of group B showed more fullness. (3) The arterial trunk clearly showed after perfusion of low concentration group (A, B) Display is not clear enough. Conclusions Perfused solution of 10% concentration of perchlorethylene is injected simultaneously through the abdominal aorta and femoral artery, which can clearly show the complete and full vascular network without obvious rupture.
