目的 进一步验证妇康乐药液在杀微生物方面的性能。方法 实验观察妇康乐药液的杀微生物作用、毒性作用与稳定性。结果 含 10 %妇康乐的水溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、淋球菌、白色念珠菌、解脲支原体作用 2 0min ,杀灭率分别达 10 0 %、69.3%、10 0 %、60 .2 %、10 0 % ,杀菌效果随作用时间的延长而增加 ,2 0 %的小牛血清对其杀菌效果的影响较小。结论 该消毒剂具有较强的杀菌作用 ,对皮肤、粘膜无刺激 ,对人体无毒副作用
Objective To further verify the fungicide liquid in the microbiological aspects of performance. Methods Experiments were conducted to observe the microbicidal, toxicological effects and stability of Fukang Lok liquid. Results The killing rate of 10% Fonglu Lok aqueous solution to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Candida albicans and Ureaplasma urealyticum for 20 min were 10%, 69.3%, 100%, 60.2 %, 100%. The bactericidal effect increased with the prolongation of time, and 20% of the calf serum had little effect on the bactericidal effect. Conclusion The disinfectant has a strong bactericidal effect on the skin, mucous membrane without stimulation, no toxic side effects on the human body
