对西安市课改的调查与分析结果表明,新课程理念已得到各层次参与者的基本认同,并正在转化为常态的教学与学习行为,教育素质基本符合课改要求,但是课改新增课程及校本课程开发的教师在乡村基层学校较缺乏。
The results of the survey and analysis of curriculum reform in Xi’an show that the concept of the new curriculum has been basically recognized by participants at all levels and is being transformed into normal teaching and learning behaviors. The quality of education basically meets the requirements of curriculum reform. However, the new curriculum Teachers of school-based curriculum development are scarce in rural primary schools.
