丹参自古以来中医用作活血化瘀药。近年来对其成分有了新的研究,认为含有脂溶性和水溶性两大类,脂溶性成分为十三种丹参酮,具有抗菌消炎等效用。水溶性成分为原儿茶醛,具有扩张血管、与增进冠状动脉血流量的作用,主要用作治疗冠心病等。随着丹参的临床应用日趋广泛,剂型有了新的发展,如片剂、针剂等。但针剂久放颜色加深,产生沉淀,肌肉注射产生刺激性肿痛。为了提高丹参针剂质量,更好地为病人服务,我们对上海、北京等地现行工艺流程,水煎、醇沉、冷藏法作如下改进探讨。

With the increasingly wide range of clinical application of Salvia miltiorrhiza, the dosage form has a new development, such as tablets, injections and so on. However, a long time to put the injection color deepened, resulting in precipitation, intramuscular injection of irritating swelling and pain. In order to improve the quality of salvia miltiorrhiza and better serve the patients, we make the following improvements on the current technological process, decoction, alcohol precipitation and refrigeration in Shanghai and Beijing.
