目的:探讨饮食干预对糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法:选取120例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,均给予常规护理并接受药物治疗,观察组在此基础上还配合饮食治疗,每天进食营养师配制的住院糖尿病饮食。结果:干预后,观察组血糖情况优于对照组,尿糖阴性率高于对照组。结论:饮食干预有助于糖尿病患者控制血糖,值得临床应用推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of dietary intervention on glycemic control in diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients were given routine nursing care and received medication. On the basis of this, the observation group was also treated with dietary therapy and daily dietary diet prepared by dietitians. Results: After intervention, the observation group had better blood glucose condition than the control group, and the negative rate of urine glucose was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Dietary intervention can help people with diabetes control blood sugar, which is worth promoting in clinical application.
