上海市化学化工学会第三次会员代表大会于一九八四年四月二十三日上午在上海电影院隆重举行。大会到正式代表375名,列席代表266名。学会专职副秘书长吴正德受理事会委托在大会上作工作报告,共分三个部分: 一、组织建设:1963年10月产生的第二届理事会,于1966年6月十年动乱开始会所遭受破坏,会务停止。1978年复会以来,会员人数增至5053人,是1978年复会时的五倍。学会现设有十个学组,三十九个专业组。学术活动均由各学组负责组织。
The Third Congress of Shanghai Chemical Industry Society was held at the Shanghai Cinema on April 23, 1984 in the morning. The General Assembly to the official representative of 375, to attend 266 representatives. Wu Zhengde, full-time deputy secretary-general of the Institute, commissioned by the council to make a report on the work at the conference, is divided into three parts: I.
