铸铁的化学成分(特别是碳当量)对它的金相组织、铸造性能和使用性能都有很大的影响。目前,国内常用的测定铁水碳当量的方法有化学分析法和三角试块断口法。化学分析法准确,但操作时间较长,观察三角试块断口虽快,但准确度差。本文介绍一种快速、准确测定铁水碳当量的方法——直流直接电阻法。我们利用灰铸铁凝固过程中比电阻的变化特点,在炉前预浇圆棒试样,用四极法测量铁水凝固过程中的电阻,即可快速(1~3分钟)测出铁水碳当量。
The chemical composition of cast iron (especially carbon equivalent) has a great impact on its microstructure, casting performance and service performance. At present, the commonly used methods for the determination of carbon equivalent in hot metal are the chemical analysis method and the triangular test block method. Chemical analysis method is accurate, but the operation time is longer, the observation triangle test piece fracture fast, but the accuracy is poor. This article describes a rapid and accurate method for the determination of molten iron carbon equivalent - direct current resistance method. We use the characteristics of the specific resistance of the gray cast iron solidification process, precast rod sample in front of the furnace, with four-pole method of measuring the resistance of molten iron solidification process, you can quickly (1 to 3 minutes) to measure the molten iron carbon equivalent.
