2016年4月,集团公司工会组织了以“传递正能量、传承工匠精神”为主题的劳动模范代表座谈会,来自公司不同岗位、不同年龄的10余名劳模参加了此次座谈。劳模们集思广益、各抒己见,为公司的发展建言献策。各位劳模结合各自的岗位经验、工作心得对公司现有管理制度、工作中出现的问题,以及企业未来的发展提出了独到的看法。在劳模的发言中,提到最多的就是要做好员工的“传帮带”工作,建议“师带徒”要有相应的政策支持,要让他们有更多发展的空间。有劳模表示:在把自己的技艺毫无保留地传授下去的同时,也要将这一代的“工匠精神”传承下去。
In April 2016, the labor unions of the group company organized a forum for model workers with the theme of “conveying positive energy and inheriting craftsmanship”. More than 10 model workers of different ages and positions from different positions attended the seminar.
