目的了解埃及伊蚊实验种群的生物学特性。方法人工控制温度、湿度和光照,幼虫饲料为酵母粉,成蚊供血动物为小白鼠。结果在温度28±1℃、湿度70-80%、每日光照11-12h实验室条件下,卵孵化率为79.27%,蛹化率为65.26%,羽化率为93.61%,雌蚊死亡高峰在第35~43d,最后死亡在82 d;雄蚊死亡高峰在第17~25d,最后死亡在47d。繁殖一个周期需要10-18d。结论根据观察结果为深入研究埃及伊蚊而提供科学性材料
Objective To understand the biological characteristics of Aedes aegypti populations. Methods Artificial control of temperature, humidity and light, the larvae feed for the yeast powder, mosquito blood donor animals for the mice. Results Under the laboratory conditions of 28 ± 1 ℃, 70-80% humidity and 11-12h daily light exposure, the egg hatching rate was 79.27%, the pupalization rate was 65.26% and the emergence rate was 93.61% From the 35th to the 43rd day, the final death was 82 days. The male mosquito death peak was on the 17th to the 25th day, and the final death was on the 47th day. Breeding a cycle requires 10-18d. Conclusion Based on the observations, scientific material is provided to further study Aedes aegypti
