目的观察针灸配合中西药治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效。方法选取2011年1月—2013年11月开滦医疗集团医院收治的肝内胆管结石患者94例,将患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各47例。治疗组患者予以针灸配合中西药治疗,对照组患者予以西药治疗。结果治疗组患者总有效率为97.9%,高于对照组的74.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合中医药治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效显著。
Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with western medicine on intrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods From January 2011 to November 2013, 94 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones admitted to Kailuan Medical Group Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were given acupuncture and moxibustion combined with western medicine and those in the control group were treated with western medicine. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.9%, which was higher than 74.5% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones have a significant effect.
