在冬季,内蒙古阿尔哈达矿业井口常出现结冰现象。这严重影响了运输及提升系统的正常运转,为井下工作环境带来诸多不便,甚至严重威胁安全生产,因此对入井冷空气进行预热尤为必要。本文比较两种形式的空气预热系统方案:蒸汽热风炉加空气换热器系统及热风炉系统,发现热风炉具有优越性和先进性,从后期运行效果看,热风炉效果显著,更能全面保证矿井安全。
In winter, icing often occurs at the mine wellhead in Al-Hadar, Inner Mongolia. This seriously affects the normal operation of transportation and upgrading system, which brings inconvenience to underground working environment and even threatens safety production. Therefore, it is necessary to preheat cold air into the well. In this paper, two forms of air preheating system are compared: steam hot blast stove with air heat exchanger system and hot blast stove system. The hot blast stove has advantages and advanced features. From the later running effect, hot blast stove has obvious effect and can be more comprehensive Ensure mine safety.
