以超高压提取的瓜蒌多糖为材料,对其紫外和红外光谱进行了表征,并通过其对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基(O_2~-·)、过氧化氢(H_2O_2)、羟基自由基(·OH)的清除能力及总还原能力的测定来评价瓜蒌多糖的体外抗氧化能力。结果表明,样品在260~280 nm处有一较小的紫外吸收峰,红外光谱1609 cm~(-1)处有N-H的弯曲振动,说明多糖中含有少量与糖相结合的蛋白。抗氧化实验显示,瓜蒌多糖抗氧化能力随浓度的升高而增强,其DPPH·、O_2~-·、H_2O_2和·OH自由基的抑制率IC50值分别为0.63、1.48、1.03、4.04 mg/m L,具有一定的抗氧化能力。
Ultraviolet (UV) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) were used to characterize the polysaccharides extracted from the extracts of Eupatorium macrophylla by ultrahigh pressure. The effects of DPPH free radical, superoxide anion free radical (O_2 ~ -), hydrogen peroxide (· OH) scavenging capacity and total reducing ability to evaluate the anti-oxidation ability of polysaccharides in vitro. The results showed that there was a small UV absorption peak at 260-280 nm and a bending vibration of N-H at 1609 cm -1 in the infrared spectrum, indicating that the polysaccharide contained a small amount of sugar-bound protein. Antioxidant experiments showed that the anti-oxidation ability of polysaccharides increased with the increase of concentration, the inhibition rates of DPPH ·, O_2 ~ - ·, H_2O_2 and · OH free radicals were 0.63,1.48,1.03,4.04 mg / m L, has a certain antioxidant capacity.
