本文选取北京、天津不同年龄、职业的消费者作为被试,采用独立样本T检验、一元方差分析、多元方差分析等分析消费者房产性质的认知对房地产市场的投资与投机的影响。
This paper selects consumers of different ages and professions from Beijing and Tianjin as subjects, and uses the independent sample T-test, one-way analysis of variance and multivariate analysis of variance to analyze the influence of consumer’s real estate cognition on the real estate market’s investment and speculation.
