作者对65例患者试行经食道心脏超声检测左冠脉主干多普勒血流频谱。结果:二维超声左冠脉主干显像59例,其中52例(88%)描记到舒张期血流频谱,其血流速度峰值0.20~0.70)(平均0.40±0.11)m/S,仅4例显示收缩期血液频谱。左主干血流速度与冠脉直径无关,年龄、性别或病种间无显著性差异。但心房纤颤或心功能低下时,左主干血流速度显著减低。结论:经食道心脏超声检测冠脉近段血流频谱可提供冠脉血液动力学诊断信息。
The authors tested 65 patients with transesophageal echocardiography to detect left main coronary artery Doppler flow spectrum. RESULTS: Fifty-nine cases of two-dimensional left anterior descending coronary arteries were observed. Among them, 52 cases (88%) were recorded in the diastolic flow spectrum with a peak velocity of 0.20-0.70 (mean 0.40 ± 0.70). 11) m / S, only 4 cases showed systolic blood spectrum.
